Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping | EU Shipping
Local Shipping (Madeira Island) is free of charge if you choose to collect it from our shop or 3.99€ rate for delivery.
Domestic Shipping (Portugal) is set as 3.99€.
European Union (EU) Shipping is set as 6.99€.
International Shipping
Since we are based in Portugal, Shipping rates will vary and for ease of use they will be show at the payment screen. Any and all taxes added at the destination are not covered by us.
Shipping Locations
Shipping is available to Europe, UK member countries, Canada and All US States. More countries will be added in the future. If your country is not on the list you may contact us for a shipping request via gemma4you@gmail.com with the destination address and product link.
Return Policy
Return Procedure
All returns must be revised via Email with an attached image and a brief explanation of the problem. We will respond to you in 2 to 3 business days with further information.
14 Day Return
14 day return can be activated if 14 days have not passed since the day of delivery and only after the previous step is taken. At this point either a replacement piece is impossible or per your choice you opted for a refund, which will be processed as soon as the previous bought product is returned to us.
Replacements
If you chose to replace your existing product two options will be provided in case of an identical product not being available:
1- A product of the same price is sent and the faulty one is returned at no cost.
2- If a product of a higher price is chosen, the customer must pay the difference but not for shipping.
(shipping in case of replacement is covered by us, but not the return cost)
